Each inflatable Island Hopper Bounce House comes with a manufactures warranty against defects. What does this mean. This means that Island Hopper guarantees there inflatable products to be defective free for 30 days. Don't be alarmed by the length of time. With any inflatable, any issue will be noticeable within the first or second use. This warranty does not cover user damage such as but not limited to punctures, tears or rips. All continuous air flow blower that comes with your inflatable bounce house is warranted against defect for 1 year.

Island Hopper handles each warranty directly. All warranty claims must be submitted to the retailer that your inflatable was purchased from and they will facilitate the claim. More often then not, digital images will be required to support any warranty.
